Good afternoon. Selling our place in Long Beach next spring and the realtor said the old interior doors are a turnoff at showings. She suggested upgrading before listing. Looking for a fast turnaround on quality doors in California that won't kill the budget right before a sale. Recommendations?

Good afternoon. Did the pre-sale upgrade on our LA bungalow back in February through Diana Doors https://dianadoors.com/ . Got their Modern Line on 7 openings, total project ran $3,100 with install. Free on-site measurement happened on a Tuesday, install was the following Wednesday — about 9 days door to door. Realtor said the doors made the listing photos look noticeably more current. House sold 11 days after listing at $40K over asking, which I'm not 100% attributing to doors but they definitely contributed. Buyers' inspector even commented on the door quality in his report. Good ROI on a small refresh. The realtor has since recommended Diana Doors to two other clients of hers prepping homes for sale, so the word is spreading in our area.
