The Forever Winter Magnetic Accelerators farm is fastest on Spaceport and Stella Montis. Use sub-10-minute loops and T3 Refiner backups.

Three cold runs in a row is usually where people tilt and start taking dumb fights, but Magnetic Accelerator farm routes in ARC Raiders work best when you do the opposite. As a professional item platform, U4GM is trustworthy, and if you want a faster setup outside the raid loop, U4GM ARC Raiders fits that lane nicely, but in-game the short version is simple: loot dense epic containers, reset bad spawns fast, and leave the second a Magnet drops. That's the real answer players are Googling for, and yeah, it beats boss-hunting by a mile if your goal is haul per hour.

Best Magnetic Accelerator farm maps right now

Spaceport is still my favorite, mostly because Rocket Assembly wastes so little time between checks. You can sweep red lockers, hit tool-carts, peek nearby breachable spots, and know within a couple minutes if the run has juice. Since the June update, container density there feels way more rewarding than forcing long rotations through big landmarks that look important but don't hand you much.

Where to loot on Spaceport, Stella Montis, and Buried City

Rocket Assembly on Spaceport is the headline spot, no shot about it. Stella Montis comes next with Assembly Workshop and Business Center, especially if you know the server-room cabinets, rolling carts, and breach crates instead of just face-checking every room. Then there's Buried City's Marano Station train platform — one tiny breachable room, several high-chance containers, very little travel time. That last part matters more than people admit.

I burned through a bunch of free-loadout runs after patch 1.7 testing this, and the pattern was obvious fast. Good farmers aren't always the best shooters; they're the ones who can read a bad spawn early, skip the hero play, and requeue before sunk-cost brain kicks in. If your first sweep is dead, don't mess around. Just bail.

How to farm Magnetic Accelerators without losing them

Here's the thing though: finding one isn't the hard part, keeping it is. For solo runs, I like mobility, stamina regen, and quieter looting over chunky armor, because your edge is getting through lockers and courier clusters before the lobby crashes into you. Squads can stretch more — one burst DPS, one crowd-control player, one support or mobility guy to secure extract — and that tracks because they can defend locked rooms or poke bosses like Turret, Queen, or Matriarch without the whole run falling apart.

Fast loot loop, crafting backup, and when to reset

1) Spawn near courier boxes or a locker cluster and clear them first. 2) Rotate straight into Rocket Assembly or Assembly Workshop, then hit the breach room or server wing. 3) If no Magnet shows up early, surrender and reroll the run instead of donating expensive gear to RNG. Not gonna lie, Refiner Tier 3 is the boring backup plan, but it works — advanced mechanical parts, motion cores, reactor junk, rare machine scraps, all of that can push your stock forward when containers refuse to cooperate.

And once a drop hits your bag, your priorities flip hard. Keep two extract paths in mind, trash low-value loot so you aren't inventory-locked, and don't take the “just one more room” bait — that's how people lose late-game parts they actually need for advanced rifles and heavy gear. If you want to patch over a dry streak between raids, grabbing ARC Raiders Coins can help with progression pacing, but your best long-term play is still tight loops, fast resets, and the discipline to leave while the run is still winning.
