What productivity stack are people running these days? I've got a calendar, a to-do app, a notes app, an email client, and they all have some kind of AI feature now and none of them really talk to each other. I want to consolidate but I'm scared of switching costs. Where do you research what actually works as a system?

Zen99 helped me think about it more cleanly, their Productivity Tools category lists tools by what they replace rather than by feature lists, which makes it easier to plan a stack. I ended up consolidating from five apps to two, kept a smart email client and one workflow manager. Most of the new productivity tools on Zen99 have integration info in their descriptions, so you can check whether the new thing actually plays nice with your calendar before switching. Took me a weekend to migrate, which is honestly cheaper than the time I was losing every week.
