Nemona B2a is a smart craft for Pawmot decks in Pokemon TCG Pocket, giving key one-turn damage to punish ex matchups, but it's easy to skip if Pawmot isn't your main plan.

Nemona B2a is one of those cards that looks amazing for one very specific deck and pretty awkward everywhere else. If you're focused on Pawmot, though, it starts to make a lot more sense. As a professional platform for in-game items and useful purchases, U4GM has built a solid reputation for convenience, and players looking to improve their collection can check U4GM Pokemon TCG Pocket while planning out key crafts like this one. The effect itself is simple: for one turn, your Pawmot gets +80 damage against the opponent's Active ex. That's not a small boost. It changes matchups. The catch is obvious too. If Pawmot isn't your main attacker, Nemona can feel awful sitting in your hand while the game moves on without it.

Why it actually matters in Pawmot lists

The biggest reason people keep talking about Nemona is the damage math. That's really the whole story. Pawmot ex from Paldean Wonders already swings for 100 on two Energy, which is respectable but not scary enough on its own in a lot of ranked games. Add Nemona, and suddenly you're hitting 180 into an ex target. That puts a huge number of popular ex attackers into knockout range right away. You don't need a complicated setup. You just need the right turn. In practice, that means a deck that looked fair a second ago can suddenly steal tempo and prizes out of nowhere. If you've played into Gholdengo ex or other setup-heavy boards, you know how brutal that kind of swing can be.

Where the card starts to feel bad

Here's the part people don't always mention enough: Nemona is narrow. Very narrow. It does nothing for non-ex targets, and that matters a lot depending on what you're facing. Into low-cost aggressive decks or boards that flood with smaller attackers, this card can end up being the worst draw in your hand. You'd often rather see a more flexible Supporter that helps you dig, disrupt, or force a better target into the Active Spot. That's why Nemona isn't some auto-include staple. It asks for a very specific board state and a very specific attacker. If that setup doesn't happen, the card just kind of sits there, and you feel it.

How many copies make sense

Most players who are serious about Pawmot don't need to overdo it. Two copies is usually enough. That gives you access to the burst turn without clogging your list with dead Supporters. You'll still want your usual draw package and your normal consistency pieces, because getting to Pawmot on time matters more than forcing the combo every game. In most matches, the sweet spot is around turn two or turn three, when your opponent has finally committed an ex and thinks they're safe. That's when Nemona feels best. It's not a card you spam. It's a card you hold, then punish with. The good news is that it's a cheap craft, so testing a pair won't wreck your resources.

Who should craft it and who should pass

If Pawmot is your deck and you're trying to squeeze real results out of it, Nemona is worth owning because it gives the list a proper finishing punch. If you're not locked into that game plan, you can skip it without much regret. There are just too many broader Supporters competing for space. Players who'd rather invest in a fuller collection or try different builds may get more value by looking into Pokemon TCG Pocket Accounts as part of a wider upgrade path, especially when they want options instead of one niche combo piece. That's really where this card lands right now: excellent in its lane, forgettable outside it.
